Busbar Conductivity Tester
- This equipment is used for test busbar conductivity.
- It used for both Aluminum as well as Copper.
- It is self calibrated type equipment.
- We can calibrate the senor on the given standard metal part with this equipment.
It shows conductivity of busbar in the display.
Circuit Breaker Timer
- This equipment is used to test Circuit Breaker Closing and Tripping timing.
- It can test any rated circuit breaker of any voltage range like 415VAC, 800VAC, 11KV, 33KV.
- It Test the Circuit Breaker Closing and Opening time in auto / manual both mode.
- For Auto mode it gives signal to circuit breaker for Close – Open – Close command and check the timing between this operation and gives timing result on the display.
Contact Resistance Meter
- This testing equipment is using for test resistance between the contact primary and secondary side.
- There is facility of testing range of 100A, 10A and 1A as per required.
- It show contact resistance in range of 0-100Ω
High Voltage Tester
- This Equipment is used for testing Panel with injecting High Voltage from it’s rated voltage range.
- It can inject 0 Volt to 33KV to test HT as well as LT Panels.
- It is self timer and can be set from front of the equipment on the digital display.
- It has facility to measure leakage current for failure of the test.
- It has digital display to check the output voltage which is injecting to the panel.
- It has dimmer to set the required voltage output.
Secondary Injection kit
- This test kit is for inject current to test the panel for tripping test & Metering testing.
- This Kit has 3 type of output in one kit.
- First is 400A Load output for testing the panel for tripping and metering.
- Second is 800Volt output for testing Solar Panels which are operating on 800Volt AC.
- Third is 0-110VDC for testing typical control circuit which is running on DC supply.
- This kit is our own design and manufactured by our company.
